Quai D'Orsay Cigars Created in 1973 by Cubatabaco, The Quai D'Orsay brand was made for the French market, generally using lighter wrappers which was the fashion at the time. It was named after the iconic bridge in France near where the French state-owned tobacco giant had its headquarters.
Senadores 2019 Limited Edition The Senadores mark Quai D'Orsay's historic first incursion into the Edicion Limitada alumni. Utilising some of the finest and rarest tobaccos the world has to offer and aged for a minum of 2 years, The Senadores takes the form of the classic Hermoso No.2 but finished with a dark wrapper for added rich sweetness.
Loose Cigars: When the Quai D'Orsay Cigars leave the factory they are packaged loose in a Cedar lined box. This helps the cigars to develop and flavours to diffuse. They are stored in our humidors until dispatch and ideally should be transferred directly into a humidor. If you are buying them for a special occasion they should keep for up to a week in a cool, dark place.
Hand Rolled: The tradition of being rolled on a maiden’s thigh can be questioned but the added quality a cigar beholds from being hand-rolled by an experienced Cigar Roller cannot. Each cigar is rolled to the same density with full-length filler (leaves), providing the perfect draw and ash build-up, which cannot be matched by a machine.
Preparation: Please note the H.Upmann cigars require cutting or punching before they can be enjoyed.
