What’s the difference between regular and ejector cigarette holders?
If you use a regular cigarette holder, you’ll need to pull the butt of the cigarette out of the holder when you’re finished smoking. This means that you might need to stop smoking the cigarette before you reach the filter to avoid getting ash on your fingers. If you use an ejector cigarette holder, you can smoke the cigarette right down to the filter and remove it with ease. These holders have a built-in spring that holds the cigarette in place. When you’re finished smoking, pull the end with the cigarette toward the mouthpiece over an ashtray, and the cigarette will simply fall out.
Can I smoke roll ups with Dunhill White Spot or general cigarette holders?
Yes, you can smoke roll ups with the cigarette holders available here at the Black Swan Shoppe. Most holders we sell are designed to fit cigarettes with 8mm filters, which is the same size as a tailor made cigarette. We sell a range of 8mm Filter Tips to fit standard cigarette holders.
Sadly at the moment the only cigarette holders for smaller roll ups are the David Ross 5mm End Cap Filters.
How frequently should I replace the filter in my cigarette holder?
The cigarette holder filters we sell are designed to last for 15 to 20 cigarettes before they need to be replaced. However, you might need to replace your filters more or less frequently, depending on the amount of tar and nicotine in the tobacco you smoke.
