Peterson Fisherman Series: 2015 seems to be the year that Peterson not only broke the mold they incinerated it!!! Over the last few years Peterson have really pushed the boat out and begun dragging the pipe world out of the 16th century. Yes there is always a place for tradition and heritage but in turn there is also a place for modernisation so it is with great delight we welcome this new range to our shelves. The Peterson Fisherman is a less eccentric series than some recently released models but it is very exciting as it's another design where Peterson have simply hit the nail on the head. It's got some unique styling with a smokey marbled stem which contrasts beautifully with the rich Black Sandblast bowl. The black sandblast bowl isn't seen on many models in the Peterson range but we love it and hope to see more of it as the quality of the sandblasting is superb and how god damned classy does it look??!!
Peterson X105 Shape: The Peterson Fisherman X105 is classic Straight Billiard of good proportions. It has a good length and thickness of Briar to ensure a cool smooth smoke and with the ample bore size the pipe is still remarkably light and is great for those who like to fill a pipe and sit for a while.
Fishtail mouthpiece: The standard mouthpiece for most pipe manufacturers. The fishtail has the exit hole in the end of the mouthpiece. The end of the mouthpiece is flat, which some people find easier to grip, and suits the smoker who doesn't get on with the p.lip style.
MARBLED STEMS: The marbled mouthpiece in this picture is a one off and is unlikely to be the exact mouthpiece you will receive. There is variation from pipe to pipe with substantial differences in colours, patterns and marbling.
