The Brown A Blend is a medium strength, rich traditional English flake with a distinct aromatic flavouring which still provides a distinct tobacco flavour and very little tongue bite.

Kendal Aromatic Flavouring: We struggled for many years to define the Aromatic flavour produced by the Kendal firm but one of our favourite customers "Mr Horsfall" who is a well regarded pipe smoker hit the nail on the head with Turkish Delight.

Flake Pipe Tobacco: The Gawiths Kendal Brown Aromatic Flake is sold in Flake form. Flake tobacco usually requires rubbing (breaking up) before it can be smoked. The tobacco can be rubbed to the smokers preference depending on whether they prefer a slow or fast burn rate.
