A Single Hand Rolled Honduran Cigar in a premium wooden gift box
Asylum 13 Cigars Asylum 13 Cigars debuted at the 2012 IPCPR Trade Show and was the brainchild of Tom Lazuka and Kevin Baxter who partnered with Tabacaleras Unidas and heavily focuses on Nicaraguan tobaccos to create their distinctive flavour profiles. Their innovation in the trade offer up robust and complex flavours in their cigars such as the Barberpole Ogre combining Candela and Maduro wrappers. Since their inception they have been commited to push the boundaries creating a unique and intense smoking experience and they continue to be a significant player in the cigar industry.
Asylum 13 April Fools Cigar The April Fools cigar started off as an April Fools joke promotional ad. There was so much demand for this monstrosity of a cigar that they ended up creating it as a limited edition release. Standing at an insane 9" x 90 it is made entirely from Honduran tobaccos with a leathery Maduro wrapper. The flavour profile is as you would imagine from such a behemoth cigar, complex, with bold spicy earthy peppery coffee and sweet notes. Handmade in Honduras, it promises to provide a memorable smoking experience. Each cigar comes in it's own wooden coffin box due to it's sheer gargantuan size, emphasising the grandeur and exclusivity of this limited edition release. Certainly not a lunchtime smoke make sure you have a few hours to kill before lighting this up!
Individually tubed The Asylum April Fools are individually packaged in a premium, cedar coffin box, that just ooze quality. As well as being decorative the Cedar lined box also helps preserve your cigar for up to a month but we would advise putting it in a humidor if keeping for any length of time (if you can find one big enough!)
Preparation: Please note the Asylum 13 cigars require cutting or punching before they can be enjoyed.
